Build Quality
All Feathers animal housing is hand built in our Norfolk facility using the best materials available to suit the poultry/animals needs not for ease of manufacture.All our poultry houses are made using;
Economy range: = 14mm Redwood Shiplap on a 12mm exterior ply base
Premium range: = 20mm Redwood Shiplap on a 18mm exterior ply base
Frame work is 38mm x 38mm.
All the timber we use is presure treated with Tanalight which is Eco friendly and safe for animals and birds. All our houses are made using the best quality redwood for strength and durability to ensure maximum lifespan. Exterior staining or painting, to your own requirements, is available as an optional extra.
As standard our housing is supplied with galvanised steel roof, Canadian Cedar wood shingles are available as an optional extra. The Premium range is supplied with roof insulation.
Every screen, nail, bolt, hinges and mesh are galvanised or stainless steel. By using the best materials available we have complete confidence in our products which is why we are able to offer the following warranties:
